DO YOU NEED TO RETURN YOUR ORDER?

Easy! If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, Lumière Boutique will provide you with store credit for your returned item(s). We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. If we are unable to fulfill your order due to an item being out of stock, store credit will be issued as compensation.

RETURN POLICY

Items must be returned within 14 days from the order date. All returns are automatically issued as store credit (this allows you to easily purchase an alternative item or the same item in a different size). Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned unless they are faulty. We do not offer refunds for final sale items, change of mind, or incorrect size choices.

Customers who have received an incorrect item or products with a manufacturing defect will also be issued store credit. (Please note that the Lumière Boutique Warehouse conducts strict quality control on each item before dispatch and upon receiving a return.)

Please be careful when trying on products. (Items that are manually damaged or do not comply with our return policy will be refused and sent back to the customer.)

Lumière Boutique is not responsible for return costs. We do not provide store credit for original shipping costs.

Please note that all orders resulting in a return due to unclaimed or refused customs charges, missed delivery, or an incorrect address will be issued as store credit (minus shipping costs). This can only be issued once the carrier has confirmed the return on your tracking link.

EXCHANGES

Store credit will be issued so you can purchase a new item or a different size. If you need an urgent exchange, we highly recommend purchasing the replacement size before returning the original item. Store credit will be provided once we have received your unwanted item. (As we do not hold or swap items while your return is in transit.)

CONDITION OF RETURN

All garments must be returned:

  • In their original condition, unworn and unwashed (with no stains from makeup or deodorant).
  • With all tags attached and in the original packaging.

All footwear must be returned:

  • In the original, undamaged shoebox.
  • In the same condition as delivered to you.
  • They must be tried on indoors and on a soft surface.

ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

Sale items cannot be returned (except for full-priced items purchased with a discount code).

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Accessories (all products within the accessories category, except shoes and heels).
  • Lingerie.
  • Swimwear (without the hygiene sticker).
